37° — The Human Temperature of AI

For the past few months, I’ve been quietly building something new — a project that blends everything I know about storytelling, design, and technology.

It’s called 37°, an AI SaaS platform built for the hospitality industry. The idea is simple: an AI concierge that helps boutique hotels and serviced apartments provide 24/7 guest support, without losing their human warmth.

I’m designing it around a single idea: to empower hospitality businesses with AI and allow humans to actually do what they do best, which is providing memorable services in real life. After all, it is a very human industry.

That means every conversation, tone, and interaction the AI has should reflect the brand’s personality, provide accurate brand-relevant information, be multilingual, and be available around the clock with unlimited patience, just as a good concierge would. Oh, and the same knowledge base would power an internal copilot tool for operational efficiency and faster onboarding.

Right now, I’ve built the public-facing site, the backend scaffolding with Supabase and ElevenLabs, and the dashboard shell for the client side of the app. The next steps are to integrate Stripe for subscriptions, connect the conversational AI layer, and start testing the first pilot version with real hotels.

It’s still early. Nothing fancy yet. But it feels like the natural next step in what I’ve always cared about, creating experiences that connect humans through design, technology, and empathy.
